Eric leads Gage Realty Group, LLC, brokered by Douglas Elliman Real Estate, and is known for clear communication, disciplined negotiation, and a thoughtful understanding of market dynamics. His experience spans transactions from entry-level homes to multi-million-dollar properties, all handled with the same level of care, discretion, and professionalism. In addition to residential real estate, Eric represents owners and investors in select commercial leasing and marketing assignments throughout Houston and Galveston County.

Before entering real estate, Eric spent nearly a decade in municipal government, including his appointment as City Manager of La Marque, Texas, and leadership roles in economic development. That background provides a distinct advantage in transactions involving zoning, redevelopment, municipal processes, and long-term planning.

A sixth-generation Texan, Eric’s roots in the region run deep. His family history traces back to the founding of the state, including a third great-grandfather who was among the signers of the 1845 Convention that led to Texas entering the United States. That legacy of leadership and public service continues to shape his work today.
